Alison is a qualified nurse and midwife and worked as a community midwife for many years. Her path to acupuncture started during this time. Alison now holds an honours degree in traditional acupuncture from the College of integrated Chinese medicine.

As a full member of the British Acupuncture Council, she adheres to strict competency levels, professional standards and exemplary hygiene standards. Alison is recognized by most major health insurance companies.

Alison completed the Honours degree in Chinese medicine and then joined forces with Sarah! Alison now specializes in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, pregnancy, and chronic pain. Integrating techniques like Guasha moxibustion and cupping into her practice.

Alison’s whole career has been within the health sector. Starting as a registered nurse and moving into midwifery where she stayed for many years. As a community midwife she spent many happy years supporting women and their partners, conducting home deliveries and creating good memories. During this time Alison’s passion for acupuncture grew as she witnessed it effectiveness both on a personal and also on a professional view.

Sarah, a former Chair of the British Acupuncture Council's Governing Board, holds a first-class degree in Traditional Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.

Her journey into acupuncture was sparked by her deep interest in using holistic treatments to support physical and emotional health. Recognized by most health insurance providers and featured in Cotswold Life magazine, Sarah has also contributed to ground-breaking research on acupuncture for self-injury users, published in the European Journal of Oriental Medicine.
